John has published articles about Artificial Intelligence and has spoken at several conferences about the subject. He started his career in automotive in the Detroit market, first selling cars and then working in just about every management position in Dealerships including Executive General Manager. John left Retail to be one of the first innovators of software as a service with LML technologies (Lease Link). After ten years and a sale to Dealertrack John left LML to found Asset One, a CRM company for the mortgage industry. After the sale of Asset One and prior to joining Conversica as Director of Sales, John spent two years with Shift Digital working in their OEM consulting arm. He is considered an expert in marketing and retention.
