Karen is an Internet & Digital Marketing expert who has made a huge impact on several dealerships through her trainings. She is affiliated with the Women’s Automotive Association International (WAAI) and is also recognized by the National Speakers Association for her skills in public speaking. Additionally, as a certified FranklinCovey trainer, Karen inspires dealerships across the country as a facilitator of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People."

The Internet Sales 20 Group® is the preeminent workshop in the automotive industry, and is designed to be highly interactive.
