Samantha Splane is the Business Development Manager at Sterling Automotive Group. She creates, implements, and corrects processes within Sterling Automotive from CRM training, sales training, phone skills, reporting, CRM utilization, and marketing/advertising.

Samantha’s forward thinking has created jobs within Sterling that have not previously existed in the southern automotive industry and her impeccable judge of character has placed the right people in those roles to create an effective and efficient team. 

Samantha attended the University of Louisiana, Monroe where she studied Education. She implements those skills and learnings daily within the automotive industry. As a mother of two (ages five and two), Samantha knows how to balance a team of moving parts and enjoys working in south Louisiana, where hospitality and support have a strong presence within the community.
