Susan Chow is a respected F&I Manager within the Automotive Industry. Starting her automotive career as a salesperson 20 years ago, she has worked her way up to becoming an experienced F&I Manager. Her additional automotive experiences include Secondary Financing, Internet Sales and Sales Management. With an extensive background in banking, sales and customer service which spans over four decades, Susan has put everything she has learned over the years to best serve her customers. She offers them sound advice on how to care and maintain their newly purchased vehicle, sometimes with humor, but definitely always with a smile.

Born and raised in Chicago, Susan is the youngest of 5 children. While her siblings all moved to California, She relocated to Atlanta with her 4 daughters in the early 90’s. As a true-blue automotive family, two of her daughters have been in the Automotive Industry, one was a receptionist and one was a Billing Clerk. The other two daughters are currently in the Automotive Industry, both working in the Service Department. Her oldest daughter is a Warranty Administrator, with 19 years in the industry, and her youngest daughter is a BDC Operator with 4 years in the industry. She also has a Son-in-Law who is an Auto Technician for over 10 years.

In her spare time, she keeps busy with 8 grandchildren, ages ranging from 2 years old to 13 years old. Susan’s core values are customer satisfaction oriented, making people smile, and being a major team player. She likes everyone to work together to achieve success together.
