Based in Detroit, Michigan, she brings over 18 years of comprehensive experience in Field Operations, Marketing, and Business Advancement.
Before becoming a vital part of Affinitiv, Michelle refined her expertise in the automotive industry through a diverse array of roles in retail. Her journey included selling cars, managing a service department, and working for OEM companies such as FordDirect and software partners like Affinitiv. Michelle’s consulting and strategic contributions extended across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe, showcasing her versatility and depth of experience in the automotive landscape.
A proud alumna of Ohio State University and George Washington University, Michelle actively engages with her community as the chairperson of local Alumni Chapters. Her commitment to industry advancement is further evident through her volunteer work with the Digital Marketing Advisory Council, where she shares her expertise.
