Bio:

My name is Toni Cornell and I have been blessed to be a part of the car business for over 20 years now. I found it by accident. It was supposed to be a temporary job for while I found something better. As I continued through life and it’s experiences I found myself relating to stories of others. I spent 14 years in business development and grew to manage them. My focus was learning the phones and teaching how to set an appointment. I worked general campaigns and the mission was to create sales opportunities for fun and profit. My first week I was setting 10 appointments a day. I continued to grow setting at minimum 300 opportunities a month by phone. We generate business through owner campaigns, unsold floor traffic, and uncontacted customers. I left the car business for roughly 4.5 years assisting in hospice care. While I was assisting people cross from this life to the next I learned to how to listen to messages behind the words being used. My patients couldn’t always tell me what was needed so I had to pay attention to body language, tones, and behaviors. They told a different message than the words being used. I have grown to be on the sales floor. During Covid we all experienced a change in business when people weren’t allowed to come out of their home or to scared. I started doing live videos and reels to introduce inventory options and it blew up!! I was showing the good, the bad, and the ugly before people were coming into the store. I have grown to have over 17,000 followers and work on self generated business. I use social media to entertain, educate, inspire, and network. I now use my Facebook as a CRM generating my business through social media, wishing them happy birthday, and anniversary posts while maintaining a relationship in between. Lead generation is 80% warm and fuzzy 20% direct sales. I’m so excited to share what I’ve learned.
